Algebra 2

The coursework for Algebra 2 will be a continuation of work completed in Algebra 1. During the first semester we revisit and expand upon topics such as: absolute value, systems, quadratics, polynomials, and rational expressions. We will also touch upon new topics such as complex numbers, functional operations and complex numbers. The second semester we will be learning topics that are unique to Algebra 2 such as: fractional exponents, exponential growth and decay, logarithms, counting problems, probability, binomial theorem, sequences and series, as well as conic sections. Mastery of this academic content will prepare students for success in future math courses.
