I am really excited to be part of the Santiago administrative staff. I graduated with my BA in Liberal Studies from Cal State Long Beach. I received my Masters in Educational Administration from Concordia University. I taught fifth grade in Orange Unified before coming to the Garden Grove Unified School District fourteen years ago. I taught for nine years before going to the Garden Grove District Office to work as a Teacher on Special Assignment for two years. This is my third year at as an Assistant Principal at Santiago High School.
I live in Orange County with my husband and two children. I enjoy swimming and biking and spending time with my family.
I am honored to work with the students, staff and parents that make up the Santiago family. I believe that our students can achieve great things with the support of all the stakeholders in their lives. I am looking forward to another wonderful year.
